What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?

Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags or can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if pre-arranged (charges may apply). Late checkout can be arranged, subject to availability (charges apply).

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy may be found on your booking confirmation, but in general, for pre-pay packages or non-flexible packages, there is no refund for cancellation. Flexible packages are usually 24 to 48 hours before the 2:00 pm check-in. Please check your booking confirmation for your specific cancellation policy.

Is Anchorage Resort Pet-Friendly?

Unfortunately, our property is unable to host pets. Please contact us regarding working support dogs.

What Is The Smoking Policy?

In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our properties are smoke free. Each property does have a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking/vaping in rooms or public areas. Cleaning charges may apply if a guest is found to have smoked inside the building.

Does Anchorage Resort Have Accessible Rooms?

Yes, our property does offer accessible rooms for guests, please contact the property for details.

Is Anchorage Resort Good For Business Travellers?

Yes, we're pleased to provide guests with complimentary WiFi and printing support.

Is Anchorage Resort Kid-Friendly?

Yes, we are child-friendly. Our pool area has a kids pool. Our reception team are able to provide you with options for local kid-friendly activities.

Yes, we offer complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi at our properties. A fair usage policy applies and charges may apply if excessive usage is detected.

No, we currently do not offer room service.

Does Anchorage Resort Have A Pool And Spa?

Yes, we have a outdoor pool area with heated pool, heated kids pool and spa pool. We also have an indoor spa pool and sauna.

Is There Free Parking?

Yes, we have off street parking available (one carpark per room).

Are Laundry Services Available?

Yes, we offer self-service laundry facilities for guest convenience.

Does Anchorage Resort cater for groups?

We cater for school, sporting and family groups. Contact us directly for a quote. Our large open communal areas, BBQs, and TV lounge are perfect for groups to enjoy.

Are there Event Or Meeting Spaces?

Unfortunately, we do not offer event or meeting space.

Does Anchorage Resort Have A Restaurant?

No, there is no on-site restaurant. We do offer continental and cooked breakfast - ordered the day before and delivered to your room at a time of your choice.

Does Anchorage Resort Have A Bar?

No, we do not have a bar on-site.

Is There An Airport Shuttle Available?

Yes, we offer a free airport shuttle service from Taupo Airport, you must book this in advance. Please contact us to book.

Is There A Car Service Available?

No, unfortunately, we do not have a car service available.
